I have enjoyed
working with the Gita
Coaching and will continue to
do so. He has helped me to become
more organized, focused and efficient.
His coaching technique is professional
and powerful. I also find him
to be a sincere, strict and serious
practitioner of devotional service.

Gita
Coaching helped me chart out
a plan and gave me some good
tools to work with to get things
moving. He jump started things
and helped me keep the momentum
moving. He helped me paint a
clearer picture of where I could
go and kept me focused on how
to get there - keeping me focused
on my goals, not my obstacles.
He uses the same time tested
principles employed by high end
coaches. The principles work
if you are just willing to use
them. Being accountable to a
coach is big impetus to get things
done timely - and sometimes just
to get them done in the first
place.
I recommend his services
to anyone who feels they are
not as productive as they should
be or to those who are having
difficulty realizing their goals.
And if you don't know what your goals
are, Gita Coaching will
help you clarify them and then
get you moving towards them.
What I found was that coaching provides accountability and objectivity. We are more likely to follow through on something if we have committed to another person. You commit to your coach each week to do certain things, things that you may not even attempt, what to speak of follow through on, if you didn't have a coach.
The coach sees things about your situation in a different way than you do, and thus can help you see how to better reach your goals (and also help you define them in the first place). In this process, the coach will help you overcome what you think are insurmountable obstacles to your goals (or maybe you don't think they are insurmountable, but you just don't know how to deal with them).
A coach helps you clarify what you want to achieve and the best means of getting there.
I think too many of us allow our lives to be run on automatic pilot and don't take more control to change what we don't like and aim for what we know we want or need. A coach helps you clarify your priorities and help you deal with past conditioning that allows past habits to control your behavior (and keep you down, or keep you from operating at a higher level).
I teach seminars, and no matter what the topic I find that many of us feel stuck (because of conditioning) and thus think "this is just the way I am."
In most cases it's more accurate to say, "this is the way I have allowed myself to be."
Give it a try. Akrura helped me build momentum towards a goal I wasn't taking seriously enough, and thus wasn't moving towards as quickly as I wanted.

I do not know
where I would be without my Gita
Leadership Coach Akrura. He is
always there guiding and helping
me to make serious decisions
about my spiritual life. I really
feel he has my interests at heart
and see me for my potential.
This is greatly encouraging and
empowering. I am blissed and
blessed to have him as my coach!

Every time
while I am coached by Akrura
I feel like the time stands still
and I am able to draw upon the
deepest resources and wisdom
from within. As a coach he not
only impresses me but impresses
upon me greatness and depth of
my potential, so much so that
I become fully sold on benefits
of pursuing my own goals and
ideals after every session. Areas
that I have been focusing on
while being coached by Akrura
have been rewarded with an immense
growth, fulfilment and constantly
renewed awareness that there
is no end to reaching higher.
What a wonderful experience.
Gita Coaching vastly
helped me improve in these areas:
- My speech:
use words that are truthful,
pleasing, beneficial and not
agitating to others, and often
quoting the wisdom literature
- Thinking
as a businessmen based on moral
and religious principles
- Relating
to my family and letting them
know that I love them unconditionally
- The importance
of discipline and goal setting
- First time
in my life I am using my personal
mission statement
- I can speak
my mind to Akrura without any
apprehension, about any topic,
no matter how challenging.
I was never at loss with Akrura
by being honest
- He gives
examples of other clients progressing
and assimilating his coaching
in their lives
- He visited
me for a few days and demonstrated
care and concern
- My wife
can clearly see the difference
after I was coached
- Important:
I feel just by being a client
of Akrura I am connected to
the network of people who are
goal orientated. I gained a
wealth of contacts.
- He helped
me understand where disturbance
of mind comes from
- I benefited
from his years of study of
spiritual and motivational
literature
- I realised
how hurtful is to be ignorant
- I gained
better clarity and sense of
direction in my life

Gita
Coaching helped me prioritise
my values and tasks in my area
of responsibility in accounting
and administration. This helped
me to tackle my tasks in a way
that increased my productivity
while easing pressure of service.
He also helped me improve my
family relationships when there
was a tension. He helped me see
my family situation from a third-person
point of view, which helped me
be more empathic. I used to serve
long hours and was therefore
tired most of the time, which
affected my service. Gita
Coaching also helped me discipline
myself to leave service earlier
and exercise regularly. I started
to actually do this and now I
think, feel and work better.

I have had
the experience of being a client
of Gita Coaching for
the past few years. I find that
I have been able to progress
significantly in the achievement
of attaining my goals through
his coaching support. He has
been a useful aid in my progress
for a number of reasons. One
of the benefits he brings to
the sessions of coaching is the
fact that he allows me to articulate
my goals and the reasons why
I wish to strive for them. This
helps me to be clear about my
motivation and develop the determination
to keep going even in the face
of obstacles. Another benefit
of his style of coaching is his
careful balance of reflective
and progressive coaching questions.
By speaking to him, in practically
99% of the cases, I have been
able to come up with my own solutions
to my concerns. His style of
coaching is self-empowering and
doesn’t nurture a culture
of inappropriate dependency.
I always feel I am in charge
of my own pace of progress. At
the same time, when necessary,
he will suggest strategies for
going forward, but only after
having gained my permission to
do so. This is rarely needed,
but when needed, I am glad for
the suggestions. The format of
the sessions would normally consist
of us beginning by setting an
agenda, and then going through
the issues on the agenda, step
by step. I really particularly
appreciate his skilful use of
questions that are open-ended
and illuminating. In one session,
he asked me “what is the
one most important thing that
you would need to do in order
to most realise your potential?“ This
created a revolution in my consciousness,
and made me realise that at the
time, the most important change
I needed to make was to move
from my present place of residence.
I am always wonderfully surprised
by the way in which these questions
allow clarification and progress
by reminding us that there are
possible avenues of action, and
we can make a difference because
we are always responsible for
our situation, and our responses
to that situation.
By his
enthusiasm for coaching, I
have also developed an interest
in the coaching field and I
am currently looking for employment
in this profession. In this
regard, I also appreciated
Akrura’s willingness
to do research for me, and
provide information on certain
relevant subjects, such as
time management and empowering
questions. At the end of every
session, he would also provide
an emailed copy of what was
discussed and the agreed steps
for progress in that particular
area. This was perhaps the
most important benefit I got
from coaching: the focus on
practical steps forward to
make my goals a reality. I
would always find that the
sessions ended too soon, because
I would want to go on discussing
for longer. Yet, I later realised
that this was a blessing in
disguise; there is a time for
talking, and a time for action.
This is an advantage that I
have hopefully imbibed more
and more in my daily life.
I feel that I am more dynamic
and proactive through the coaching
experience, and more ready
to respond to needs and challenges
as they arise.

I find the
sessions very inspiring and always
feel revitalised and reinvigorated
upon leaving. His coaching style
is firm, drilling into your head
those things that need to be
learned/heard and yet there is
a sensitive side which listens
and sympathises with your problems
and then offers practical solutions
and advice to resolving them.
Since beginning my coaching with
Gita Coaching, I have
been making serious progress
in my life and would not have
been able to achieve my current
set of goals and achievements
without his help and support.
I can honestly say that it has
made a dramatic improvement to
my life! I believe this so strongly,
in fact, that I have already
highly recommended his services
to close friends of mine, who
have begun to reap the benefits
of this excellent coaching system.
I first began
my coaching with Gita
Coaching about 18 months ago.
Ever since the start, I have
felt that his calming influence
and personality has been a big
help and have always come away
after each session with a feeling
of focus and empowerment. I have
enjoyed our sessions and the
time we have spent together.
I came to Gita Coaching
in need of help, as my life was
in serious need of structure
and I wanted to place a lot more
attention and focus on the tasks
and objectives that I had set
myself and to also become more
goal-orientated. To be able to
achieve this, I knew I would
need the guidance and assistance
of a coach, if I were to successfully
hit the targets that I had set
for myself. I had previously
managed only to get so far and
then would fail to reach my objectives,
because I didn’t have somebody
to push and nurture me, to encourage
and help me to ultimately succeed.
I was lucky enough to be introduced
to Gita Coaching a year
or so earlier and through mutual
consent, we agreed to begin working
together.
Our first
few sessions were a good introduction
to each other, seeing that our
personalities were suited to
work with one another and also
a solid basis of what I wanted
from him as a coach, but ultimately
what he expected from me as a
client and what we both wanted
to achieve from our time together.
His methods were very well-structured
and we began to apply them immediately.
After only a few weeks, I began
to see the difference within
myself. I became more focused
and determined and began to hit
the weekly targets we had been
setting in our sessions. I am
still using the techniques I
learned from Gita Coaching
and our sessions and have become
a much more focused and determined
person since spending time in
his association. I would highly
recommend his coaching sessions
to anyone who wishes to make
major positive changes in their
lives.
